Komal Farooq

After having an undergraduate degree in Finance, I accidentally landed myself in a teaching job and that’s where I developed a passion for education technology. The next ten years were all about understanding the potential of technology in classrooms, getting a master’s degree in technologies in learning and supporting teachers how to make best decisions with technology integration. My research focus mainly lies within teachers’ technology professional development as I strongly believe teachers and technology both have the power to change lives of their learners.

As mother of a toddler and I seeing her make sense of the world around her, I have come to realize that learning is such an unstructured process.
